The National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts – REIT – released a statement in August of 2008 which said that self storage facilities were up in total returns by 17 percent for the year ending on July 22, 2008.  The association went on to name self storage the best commercial performer of any commercial real estate sector.  Not even apartment REIT complexes, which are benefitting from a housing slump and foreclosures, could top this figure. The website’s chart states that 12 fluid ounces of beer as an alcohol content of between 4-4.5%; four ounces of wine as an alcohol content of between 15-20% and a 1.5 ounce shot has between 30-50% alcohol content. Of course the website is no substitution for a true Breathalyzer test or could tell if a person has consumed enough alcohol to be driving or not.
